Overview

With the growing population of Filipino bikers,the need for finding proper biking locations also increases. However, current biking applications mostly focuses on fitness related features such as distance tracking, heart and pulse rate,and average speed.

Easy-kleta is an easy to use bike application that recommends the nearest bike destinations and lets the the users filter the results according to their biking experience or level, preferred terrain,type of bike, and activity.

In order to create the user personas, an online survey was conducted via Google Forms to get to know the users. The questionnaire covers:

  • Having to subscribe and/or avail the premium package in order to access all important functions.
  • GPS is sometimes inaccurate which gives riders a hard time navigating.

This report used the Task Satisfaction and Survey Feedback to measure the app’s efficiency and see where the app can improve.
